[Product Usage Tips] 1.Place the washing machine on a flat surface. 2. Don't overload. Overloading the clothes will rub the agitator and make noise and may cause the motor to activate overheat protection. 3. Distribute the clothes evenly inside the washer. 4. Balance the dryer to prevent it from losing balance, hitting the inner walls, making noise. 5. Check if the drain hose is bent or blocked by foreign objects, which can cause noise and prevent spinning.
[Overheat Protect] The motor has an overheat protection feature that automatically stops working when the temperature reaches 275℉. Please wait 20-30 minutes before using the washing machine again.
